Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Standards Training Scheme (STS)

Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Standards Training Scheme (STS) covers funding for training and assessment courses that address key skills needed in the financial sector. Only Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PR), physically based in Singapore are eligible to apply. IBF-STS funding is available for both self-sponsored and company-sponsored individuals (company sponsored individuals must be financial institutions based in Singapore, and FinTech firms certified by Singapore FinTech Association (SFA). Self-sponsored individuals can also utilize their SkillsFuture credits along with the IBF-STS.

 

SkillsFuture Credit

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. To achieve this goal, all Singapore Citizens (SC) aged 25 and above will receive an opening SkillsFuture Credit of S$500 since 2015.

Currently only the  Prosci Change Management Certification Programme (in-person delivery) is approved under the Skillsfuture Credit Scheme. Please note, the SGD 4,000 top up of the mid-career credits from 1 May 2024, as part of the SkillsFuture level-up programme, is not eligible for the Prosci Change Management Certification Programme.

Charities Capability Fund (CCF) 

The CCF Training Grant aims to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, governance and management capabilities of the exempt, registered charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs). Prosci Singapore are pleased to offer this to participants from qualifying charities and IPCs.

Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading.
